I had such a nice stay at this hotel! The rooms overlooked the amazing pool, and the guy at reception was super helpful in showing me to the laundry room. The menu was quite satisfactory despite it being busy. However, it was a bit odd to see items stacked under the AC/heat unit. The service was excellent, even though we had to ask for bathroom tissue when the roll was almost out. The staff were kind and accommodating, moving us to a better room when we weren't happy. The location was perfect, being just a short drive away from Disney World and offering a secluded yet lively atmosphere with plenty of shops and restaurants around. As for dining, a little more variety than just toast and cereal at breakfast would have been nice. Overall, a great place to stay with clean rooms and friendly service.
